Chapter 11¾: card/examples, a contact sheet

One program, dump.rs, which draws every kind of card the site makes (the home card, a yes-or-no that is not sure, a how-likely, a pick, a how-much, a question read two ways, an answer kept before numbers were, a question never asked, and the code card) and writes them to a folder as PNGs, so a change to the drawing can be seen at a glance.
