.buckconfigbuck2 owns the target graph; nix provisions the tools (flake.nix). The devshell writes .buckconfig.local with store paths.

.mefi holds Mefi Studio's nested git worktrees. Each is its own buck project; without this, //... from the main checkout also walks them, and fails when a run deletes one mid-walk.
