cargo-deny over the generated Cargo workspace: cargo deny check licenses. Cribbed from pgrx's own deny.toml (v0.19.2). cargo-deny rejects every licence not on this list, so AGPL, GPL and SSPL are denied by omission: this repo is distributed under MIT OR Apache-2.0 (LICENSE-MIT, LICENSE-APACHE) and its binaries carry THIRD-PARTY notices.
