3- `ports.rs`'s futures carry no `Send` bound, on purpose: postjevsql-pg's
4  transport is tied to one Postgres backend thread. Do not add one.
5- The clock type is `web_time::Instant`, re-exported as `jev_client::Instant`.
6  Using `std::time::Instant` in a port signature breaks every wasm32 runtime.
