3- A parser added here that reads bytes from the network gets a case in
4  `never_panics` (`lib.rs`): it must reject, never panic.
5- `jcs.rs` never routes a number through `f64` to write it unless the
6  ECMAScript text it gives has exactly the original decimal value; that check
7  is what keeps a `bigint` or `numeric` from being rounded.
