3Shared Starlark. `defs.bzl` holds `VERSION`, the extension version
4(used by the crate, the control file and the install script name), and
5the `first_party_library/binary/test` macros, which pair every
6first-party target with a `<name>-lint` test (`lint.rs`) that fails when
7clippy or rustc reports anything.
