Notes for agents

Imports in the plugin are relative only, plus claude-code; no dynamic import, no Node, no DOM. TextEncoder and TextDecoder exist (measured on 2.1.287).

Type-check with tsc -p plugin once the engine has laid .claude-plugin/types/ (gitignored). tsconfig.json adds allowImportingTsExtensions, because mod imports name the .ts file.

.mcp.json carries no env. The key must never be written into it; the daemon gets it from the environment that starts it, or from op-env-run (see crates/jevhooks-daemon/).

bin/ is a build product. just daemon copies the binary here with install; do not replace it with a symlink into target/, and do not commit it.
