Notes for agents

Decision mirrors jevhooks_events::Decision by hand. The daemon serialises the Rust struct (verdict lowercase, line, ms, session_usd); a field added, renamed or retyped there must change here in the same commit, or the band reads undefined.

The state key is the plugin's name. PluginState.jevhooks must match name in ../.claude-plugin/plugin.json and the atom({ plugin: 'jevhooks', key: 'last' }) in ../hooks/register.tsx.
