5**`Decision` mirrors `jevhooks_events::Decision` by hand.** The daemon serialises the
6Rust struct (`verdict` lowercase, `line`, `ms`, `session_usd`); a field added, renamed
7or retyped there must change here in the same commit, or the band reads `undefined`.

9**The state key is the plugin's name.** `PluginState.jevhooks` must match `name` in
10`../.claude-plugin/plugin.json` and the `atom({ plugin: 'jevhooks', key: 'last' })` in
