Notes for agents

Folder name = sound name. The sample map (website/src/pages/jev-samples/strudel.json.js) makes each folder under samples/ a sound; a file dropped directly in samples/ is not one.

Record provenance. Add a row to the README table for every new sound, saying where it came from.
