3Sources for the vocal tools the flake packages:

5- `vocode.py` → `vocode IN.wav OUT.wav --chord "a2 a3 c4 e4"`: a channel
6  vocoder that makes a sawtooth chord speak with the input's voice. Pick the
7  chord the line will sit on in the song, so the robot sings in key. How it
8  works is in the file's header.
9- `speak.ps1` → `speak TEXT OUT.wav [VOICE] [RATE]`: renders text with a
10  Windows SAPI voice (default Microsoft David). Needs the host's
11  `windows-exec`.
